I got some ridiculously thick pork chops and decided that I wanted to fire up the oven. I used blackening seasoning and also cooked some small potatoes and grilled leeks. I realized later there was crud on the lens of my camera so the final pictures are blah, but dinner was delicious. The fire put a great crust on the pork chops!
