WHEN FABRICATING THE BRICKWOOD BOX – USE 1” EPS FOAM. NOT 1.5”* The instructions call for 1.5” EPS. But I’d like to change this to 1" EPS foam.
This will give you an oven hearth thickness of 2.5” under 1” of insulation (Perlite / Vermiculite).
