I love using my Tuscan grill. I did a partial firing and had some marinated chicken thighs. I also cooked some potatoes and Brussels sprouts (forgot to get pictures).
The worst part of cooking this time of year is that it is dark outside when I cook and can’t get great pics. Oh well… guess I’ll cook and eat in the dark!
One of my favorite things to do on a Tuscan grill. The searing heat seals in the juices without drying out the chicken.
We got a painter’s work light on a tripod stand a couple of years ago. The LED version consumes very little energy, of course, and it is very bright. Can’t put my fingers on them right this minute, but some photos I’ve taken using that lamp are quite nice.
Grill on!
