Can either of the pizza-ovens on the site be built to any smaller dimension?
i have a smaller area I’m working with; I just need to be able to fit 1-large pizza in the oven.
I have roughly 35x35 for the base to play with; the top can be larger.
Our smallest oven / base is the Mattone Barile. And that unit needs a MINIMUM of 45" x 50" - so that means the base slab has to be 45" x 50" or larger.
As much as we’d like to help you build a pizza oven, 35" x 35" is just not enough area to build a masonry pizza oven
